Who Said 100% Accuracy Wasn’t Possible?

Salco Products would like to recognize two of its Customer Support team members for achieving 100% accuracy on order qualification and order entry. This achievement further demonstrates Salco’s commitment to performing at the highest level to uphold our standards of excellence for our customers.

For the last 24 months consecutively, Heidi Desmarais has achieved 100% accuracy on order qualification and order entry, as of June 1st 2018.

Heidi was presented with the first-ever, Award of Excellence for 100% Accuracy.

Heidi brings a lot of value to Salco Products. She first started with us at our (then) locomotive parts company, Amfab in Chicago Heights, IL. When ownership sold that part of the business, we asked Heidi to stay with Salco. Her mechanical and technical knowledge were a great addition to an already strong Customer Service Team. Fast forward 11 years later, we are happy to announce that we have made Heidi a Customer Support Lead; she has very much earned it. Heidi assists with the day-to-day activities of the other Customer Support representatives as well as her daily orders and HMU/Plant Process responsibilities.

For the last 17 months consecutively, Tammy Gillaspie has achieved 100% accuracy on order qualification and order entry, as of July 31st 2018.

Tammy was presented with the Award of Excellence for 100% Accuracy.

Tammy is our Manager of OEM Customer Support. She and her New Car team manage roughly 1/3 of Salco’s annual sales, and to handle that with 100% accuracy is quite an achievement. Tammy has been with Salco going on 6 years; the dedication to her work and customers is what helps make Salco the leading provider of parts and service to our industry.
